My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were large and comfortable, but some issues like the difficulty with the TV and inconsistent breakfast service were noticeable. The location was convenient, close to the lake and dining options, although there were some minor inconveniences with housekeeping. The service was friendly and helpful, making my overall stay pleasant.
The hotel had very tidy and extremely comfortable rooms, adequate for our couple days on the lake. The service was really helpful and welcoming, unlike the receptionist we encountered on arrival. Location was within walking distance of all Lake Bled has to offer with everything we needed nearby, but could be more inviting. The dining experience was excellent with plenty of variety and local specialties. Facilities were great, enhancing our stay on the premises.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the lake and the city center. The rooms were clean and good, though a bit small for two people. The service was outstanding, especially with special arrangements made for my partner's birthday. The dining was satisfactory with a good selection of options. However, a slight disappointment was being charged for the city tax and mini-bar items. Overall, a good value for the money spent.
